Johnson & Johnson holds the distinction of having more World Economic Forum-designated Lighthouse factories than any other company. A Lighthouse factory, says the WEF, โuniquely integrates new technologies, from artificial intelligence and robotics to cloud computing and big data.โ Today, there are 153 Lighthouse factories worldwide; J&J has 10 of them (eight Lighthouses and two Sustainability Lighthouses).
