Abstract: AI and automation are transforming manufacturing by enhancing quality, improving safety and enabling predictive maintenance. Human in the loop through co-bots/robot collaboration, cognitive systems, mass customization are foundational to Industry 5.0. This session will explore real-world strategies for leveraging these technologies to enable use cases like: Process variance analysis (MVDA), Closed-loop AI control, and Deviation analytics. We’ll also consider the role and convergence of data management, IT, OT and DT in these strategies to reduce defects, prevent downtime and optimize operations.
