Leadership is the linchpin to both the successful use of advanced technologies and adapting the organization to their use. This is why the MLC’s Future of Manufacturing Project devoted a year-long effort to better understand the future of digital leadership, particularly as artificial intelligence gains momentum in the industry. Our goal is to help manufacturers understand the mindset, behaviors, skills and strategies they will need to manage increasingly digital businesses in the years ahead.
