Tim O’Neal

Global Operations Director for Operational Excellence and Leveraged Services, Dow Inc.

Tim O’Neal is the Global Director of Operational Excellence and Leveraged Services at Dow. He is responsible for leading services and operational excellence expertise systems including: analytical and environmental operations, learning & talent development, continuous improvement and operating discipline expertise, external manufacturing, leveraged/corporate capital management and strategic initiatives for the Operations function including Operation’s digital strategy. During his 27 years with the company, he has held several leadership positions including Senior Production Leader; Site Director; Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Technology Director; ITOT Director and Global Director Operations.

He serves and holds leadership positions on several community and philanthropic boards. O’Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and an MBA from Marshall University.
