Abstract: Producers of Halos mandarins, The Wonderful Company managed a high degree of supply variability by optimizing its supply chain and moving its inventory and manufacturing systems to the cloud. This allowed the company to monitor product volume and resolve production bottlenecks. Winner of the 2024 Manufacturing Leadership Award for Digital Supply Chains, The Wonderful Company’s innovative approach to its supply chain has also enabled significant improvements in other business areas.
