Ande Hazard

As Vice President – Manufacturing, Transportation and Finance Solutions, Ande is responsible for leading a
team of over 250 sales professionals, technical architects and engineers delivering the full range of AT&T
products, services and global solutions to over 550 enterprise clients representing nearly $4B in annual
revenue for AT&T Business. Her national organization focuses in the Manufacturing, Transportation, Logistics,
Consumer Packaged Foods, Financial Services, Utility and Professional Services industries, ensuring an
integrated, enterprise-wide customer experience for their clients.

Prior to her current role, Ande was the AVP of Technical Solutions, leading a national team of over 200
technical sales professionals nationally for the Retail, Manufacturing, Industry Solutions and State, Local
Government and Education segment of Global Business. Her team led design and engineering solutions for
enterprise and public sector clients, growing annual revenue with services including Software Defined
Networking, On Demand, Voice Transformation, Unified Communications, Cloud, Security, and Mobility
solutions.

Ande began her career with Southwestern Bell in the Leadership Development Program and has over 26 years
of professional telecommunications experience. She has held numerous sales, technical, and leadership
positions within AT&T supporting key enterprise, wholesale and government accounts across a range of
markets including Washington DC, Oklahoma, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Tennessee and Houston.
Ande was raised in the Chicago area and received her Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane
University. She is active in a number of AT&T Employee Groups and is passionate about mentoring, in
particular with women in sales and technology. Ande resides in Dallas with her husband and son.
