Kris Slozak
Kris Slozak loves to listen. He feels that expanding his point of view leads to better solutions with bigger impact. His teams have delivered over $150 million of quantifiable benefits to date by reshaping systems, processes, organizations, and corresponding behaviors. For example, he delivered $3.5 million in annualized savings for a specialty chemical manufacturer by building maintenance and reliability programs, improving capital expenditure management, and implementing integrated operation management.
In addition to transformation experience across diverse industries, he possesses distinctive expertise in operations, engineering, data analysis, risk management, and complex project management.
He joined West Monroe from X/Celerant Consulting, where he was a director. Previously, he spent more than 15 years with Hitachi Consulting and also ran his own management consulting firm. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina.
