Brian is a versatile, results-driven global business and technology executive with over 30 years of differentiated experience working with public and private sector clients, international businesses and governments, and multi-national conglomerates. As an EY Partner and Industrials & Energy Industry Group Innovation Leader, Brian is working with clients to move beyond “innovation theater” and deliver on the promise of human ingenuity and technology Innovation.   He has consistently helped clients make wise technology and business investments to deliver strong financial results, enhance shareholder value, and improve market competitiveness. Brian was recently recognized by Manufacturing Digital magazine as one of the “Top 10 Manufacturing Leaders of 2023” along with several Fortune 100 CEOs.

Brian’s experience spans a variety of market segments: High Technology, Automotive, Industrial & Consumer Products, Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Transportation, Critical Infrastructures, Energy & Environment. Prior to joining EY, Brian was a senior partner at a couple leading business and technology consulting firms, and a senior executive officer at early stage/startup firms. He started his career as a crew systems engineer at a large aerospace and defense company. Brian has a B.S. in Engineering Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and an M.A. in Human Factors Engineering from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.

In his personal time, Brian enjoys adventures with his family and volunteering in the local community. He is currently a Vice President & Board Member of Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation (www.ltrf.org), Manufacturing leadership Council Member, and previous Advisory Board Member of Aerospace Industries Association Team America Rocketry Challenge (TARC).  Brian is also an avid athlete and outdoorsman. He continues to play men’s amateur baseball with players half his age and recently completed his first triathlon! Brian had the distinct honor of representing the United States as a Torchbearer in the Olympic Torch Relay at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games (PyeongChang, South Korea).
