Associate Director, Membership Engagement

Fred Williams is the Associate Director of Membership Engagement at the MLC, where he focuses on helping members maximize the value of their membership. He partners with organizations to strengthen relationships, drive engagement, and ensure they have access to the right insights and opportunities. Before joining the Council, Fred built his career in client success and strategic account management at Politico, Forrester Research, and Cvent. He is passionate about connecting members with resources that help them solve challenges, share best practices, and achieve their goals. Fred is based in Washington, D.C.
