Jay Agarwal

Dr. Jay Agarwal is the Vice President for Digital Manufacturing & Agriculture at McCain Foods, a Canadian multinational company. Prior to joining McCain, Jay led Digital Manufacturing globally for Kimberly-Clark. Before that, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and a member of the research faculty at the University of Georgia. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a doctorate in chemical physics. He is the author of more than 40 peer-reviewed technical publications and is an expert in industrial automation, data science, and heavy-industry manufacturing.
