Johannes-Thomas Grobe, Dr.-Ing./Ph.D., is chairman and CEO of Optima Pharma Division and a member of the Optima Group’s Executive Board. Prior to this role, he was CEO of KHS Group where he was responsible for the Sales, Application Development, Key Account Management, After Sales Service and Project Management business units. He previously held executive leadership roles with Dürr AG and Bosch Rexroth AG. Grobe holds a Dr.-Ing. (Ph.D.) in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
