Kelly Nothaft

Vice President, Operational Excellence - Global Supply Chain and Repair, Zebra Technologies

With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Kelly has focused her career on engineering & operational leadership, and enterprise quality and transformation to drive operational excellence, efficiency, growth and customer loyalty.  In her current role, she is responsible for the design and execution of Zebra’s Global Supply Chain & Repair Operational Excellence framework.  She also co-leads Zebra’s Society of Women Engineers diversity outreach program, is the co-founder of Zebra’s Women In Technology development program and is also an active member and ally of several diversity and inclusion groups.  Prior to this role, Kelly led Global Operations & Services Strategy & Transformation and Business Operations, Global Customer & Partner Services and Global Managed and Support Services Transformation.

Kelly joined Zebra Technologies in 2016 and today serves as the vice president operational excellence for Zebra Global Supply Chain & Repair. In this role, Ms. Nothaft leads GSCR strategy deployment, performance management, process and people excellence.  Prior to joining Zebra, Ms. Nothaft held a variety of progressive roles in managed and professional service operations and corporate quality leading transformation in the networking and communications industry at Avaya, Nortel and Bay Networks. Earlier in her career, Ms. Nothaft held key engineering roles with the US Government supporting the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) and the US Navy.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and is a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, with further Executive Education at Harvard Business School.  She is the recipient of the 2022 and 2023 Supply & Demand Chain Executive Women in Supply Chain Award, the 2024 ONCON Top 10 Supply Chain & Procurement Professional Award, and she serves as an Advisory Board member and Advocate for the Arthritis Foundation.  Kelly resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and two children.
