Kensie Yeates serves as the Associate Director for Member Engagement at the Manufacturing Leadership Council and Innovation Research Interchange. She builds and maintains strategic relationships with industry leaders to ensure members are actively engaged and supported in leveraging the full value of their participation. Prior to this role, she worked in philanthropic development, focusing on stakeholder engagement and long-term relationship management.
