Kevin Seaver
Kevin Seaver is the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations Filtration at Cytiva, previously part of GE Life Sciences. In this role, Kevin provides strategic and tactical operational leadership for a team of over 2,000 associates across eight global manufacturing facilities. His responsibilities include supporting new product launches, managing monthly operating budgets, and overseeing capital projects.
Kevin collaborates closely with R&D, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements in a competitive landscape. He develops and implements strategies that support both short- and long-term business goals, focusing on upgrading and modernizing facilities and equipment, as well as improving manufacturing systems and processes.
Kevin is dedicated to creating trusted relationships with team members, supporting their development goals, and coaching them for career progression.
Kevin serves on the Board of Directors for Northeastern University Advance Manufacturing. From 2014 to 2016, Kevin was the Senior Director of Engineering for Keurig Green Mountain, where he led the automation design and installation for a world-first system to increase efficiency in food and beverage factories. At Procter & Gamble from 2007 to 2014, he led engineering and program management for the Shave Care business unit, working across horizontal businesses including Duracell, Braun, and Oral-B. His extensive commercial experience spans North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Kevin holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire at Durham. He also has a master’s certificate in project management from George Washington University and a master’s certificate in controllership from Boston University.
