Leslie McGlamery

Leslie McGlamery is a transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience at Taylor Corporation, where she has held roles across systems, customer service, and business implementations. Since joining Taylor’s Oracle transformation initiative at its inception, Leslie has played a key leadership role in multiple deployment phases, beginning with the company’s Finance implementation and later leading the successful rollout of Oracle Manufacturing capabilities across two production facilities.

Most recently, Leslie led the organization’s first end-to-end customer deployment, helping bridge business processes and technology across the value chain. Today, she leads Taylor’s cross-functional Build Team, responsible for designing and delivering new capabilities across Oracle Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Her expertise spans large-scale business transformation, manufacturing operations, systems implementation, and organizational change management.
