Marlon Alberto Gonzalez Martinez – BIO Marlon Alberto Gonzalez Martinez is the Storage Order Management team lead for IBM’s Supply Chain organization. While currently responsible for the order management process for IBM’s Storage Brand, Marlon has grown in his professional journey since joining IBM as an intern in 2018 to a leader who has developed and implemented innovative projects that have streamlined operations, reduced costs, and enhanced efficiency across the supply chain. He works with executive leadership to navigate supply chain complexities and incorporate advanced technologies to enhance IBM’s competitive position, in addition to empowering other team members to develop their careers acting as leader/co-leader for local and global IBM initiatives.

Marlon holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Tecnologico Nacional de Mexico.
