Megan McCarthy

Megan McCarthy is Strategic Business Planner and Supervisor – Electrical IT Innovation at General Motors. Since joining GM in 2016, she has made significant impacts in process improvement, creating opportunities for collaboration and innovation across teams and functions, while demonstrating visionary problem-solving to address challenges. She has acted as a team leader for projects that have made measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and sustainability, while also creating training and engagement opportunities to build a skilled workforce. She has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in Saint Louis and is earning her MBA from Indiana University.
