Michal Wierzchowski
Michal Wierzchowski is the Jabil Vice President of Operations & Digital Transformation, responsible for Global Operations Management and Digital Transformation strategy. Michal’s career began as an Operator in our Poland facility in 2002. From there, he progressed through various site-level and leadership positions across Operations, IT, and Finance, including four years in Huangpu, China and two years in Guadalajara, Mexico. In 2017, Michal assumed the Sr. Director role for our Global Materials CoE. In 2023, Michal was
promoted to Vice President.
Michal received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Education from the University of Nicolaus in Poland and a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting in Economics from WSB University, also in Poland. Michal’s passion for business process innovation, combined with his educational background and cross-functional experience, make him perfectly suited to spearhead our Digital Transformation strategy.
Signavio recognized Michal for his business process transformation leadership with the Transformation Champion award and being asked to participate as a speaker at multiple conferences, sharing his leadership philosophies and transformation approach for business processes and digital transformation. Michal was recently nominated as a finalist for the Manufacturing Leadership Awards and has also received a nomination from BTOES for his Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts.
Throughout his career at Jabil, Michal has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to delivering impactful results and advancing operational excellence. Michal has led the fastest global deployment in Jabil’s history with our connectivity solution across more than 10,000 machines. Additionally, Michal has led the most innovative transformation at Jabil with the Self-Healing line and the biggest upgrade in Shop Floor control systems.
