Currently, Hyster-Yale Inc. is significantly enhancing the way in which the organization interacts with customers, dealers, and suppliers. Over the past twenty years at Hyster-Yale, we have transformed our pricing organization that enabled us to deliver sustained profitability.

Mr. Shah has recently led initiatives to enable Hyster-Yale’s functional leaders to make data driven decisions by developing digital twins of their processes and further augmented these tools with AI models that significantly improves their efficiency and productivity.

Mr. Shah is skilled in leading matrix managed global teams, strategy development and execution, persuasion, negotiation, operations management and pricing. Mr. Shah has more than 30-years of overall experience and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Kansas.
