As Associate Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality Technology at Eli Lilly and Company, Ravi leads a broad technology mandate spanning Quality, Technical Services & Manufacturing Science (TSMS), Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. His work sits at the intersection of two of the industryโ€™s most consequential forces with the urgency to deliver medicines faster and more reliably to patients, and the once-in-a-generation opportunity presented by AI, Industry 4.0, and intelligent automation.

Ravi brings 22+ years of experience navigating the complexity of global pharmaceutical manufacturing from large-scale technology deployments and Digital Tech Transfers to IT/OT integration and regulatory compliance. His career includes senior leadership roles at Roche Genentech, Sanofi, and Biogen, giving him a cross-industry perspective on what it takes to move the needle at scale.

At Lilly, he is advancing a bold agenda in modernizing manufacturing and quality through next-generation technologies with advanced analytics and AI, building the operational agility needed in an era of increasing therapeutic complexity, and embedding data-driven decision-making into the fabric of how medicines are made.

Ravi holds Masterโ€™s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
