Regan Gallo

For over 25 years, Regan has worked in manufacturing roles of increasing responsibility from Process Engineer to Production Manager, Plant Manager to Director of Operations. An experienced leader with demonstrated ability to drive improved productivity and profitability, Regan focuses on people and team development to realize success. Having led operations for four different businesses in support of over 40 manufacturing sites throughout her career, Regan believes that having standard foundations is key to Saint-Gobain’s success. She is adamant that operational similarities far outweigh business differences, and as such, she leads Saint-Gobain’s North American Operations Council, which brings together operations managers throughout Saint-Gobain North America to share best practices and align on standards in the common operational areas of Safety, HR, World Class Manufacturing and Manufacturing 4.0. Regan holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Lehigh University.
