Rose Barry
Rose Barry is a results-oriented executive leader in the areas of Sales and Business Planning. Over the past three decades, she has built a history of building high performing teams at some of the world’s largest companies. Currently based in Charlotte, NC, she serves as Oracle’s Regional Vice President of Sales – Manufacturing Major Accounts. Rose and her teams have helped direct comprehensive transformation journeys for leading manufacturers, eager to modernize their business operations. Her high focus on customer intimacy helps her clients uncover inefficiencies, focus on spend reduction, and reallocate resources toward high profile initiatives, all which have helped establish her as a trusted partner.
In addition, Rose has built, cultivated, and sustained strong relationships with a wide network across many leading companies in manufacturing, including Avery Dennison, Cummins, Donaldson, Jacobs Engineering, Johnson Controls, Terex, Toyota and Trane. A firm believer in talent development, Rose has mentored a diverse group of Account Executives and Emerging Leaders. She cultivates relationships across her network, happily bringing connections together to forge new alliances. An integral member of the Oracle leadership team, her internal and external approach is as a strategic partner, leading to increased trust and collaboration. In her own organization, in her carefully fostered “culture of excellence”, she takes immense pride in the promotions of her people.
