Sabira Lakhani

Sabira Lakhani is Vice President of Product at SPARETECH, where she leads product strategy and innovation focused on helping manufacturers build more sustainable, efficient, and resilient operations. With a background spanning product leadership, sustainability, and circular economy initiatives, she is passionate about developing solutions that drive both operational and environmental impact across industrial organizations.

Prior to joining SPARETECH, Lakhani held multiple leadership roles at Rheaply, most recently serving as VP of Product, where she helped scale technology solutions centered on resource reuse and circularity. Her experience also includes sustainability research at Apple, operational leadership in the waste management sector, and co-founding a zero-waste self-care company. In addition to her work at SPARETECH, she co-hosts the Selling Circular Podcast, exploring innovation and sustainability in business and technology.

Lakhani holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a degree in Economics and Environmental Biology from NYU Stern School of Business.
