Sachin Misra

Sachin is a Field CTO and Digital Principal at Kalypso, a Rockwell Automation business that helps clients innovate and transform with digital technologies. He has over 25 years of experience in delivering disruptive and transformative digital solutions to multiple industries.

He recently completed a Data Science, Machine Learning & AI program at MIT to enhance his skills and knowledge in this emerging field. His Capstone project was the application of Data Science and AI in closed loop autonomous manufacturing.

His core competencies include enterprise architecture, data engineering, IT/OT convergence design, integration strategies, edge, cloud and hybrid architecture, advanced process control, and digital thread orchestration. He has led digital technology-enabled transformations at leading companies such as Apple, Thermo Fisher, Eli Lilly, Amgen, Biogen, and ICU Medical, among others. He is also an inventor with multiple patents in innovation and manufacturing process data conversion & orchestration.

His mission is to architect and deliver the Digital Threads that connect discovery and ideation through product innovation and development, value chain engineering, commercialization, design transfer, manufacturing, distribution, and post market support.
