Steve is an expert in Engineering and Resource Management, boasting over 30 years of experience. He has excelled in managing, developing, and implementing procedures for Engineering, Project, Maintenance, and Operational Excellence. In addition, Steve is a Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) and Certified Reliability Leader (CRL). His diverse career spans several industries, giving him a broad spectrum of maintenance strategies and technical knowledge, including Industrial Laundry, High-Speed Plastic Blow Molding & Extrusion, Dairy Processing, Packaging, Steel Processing, Material Handling, Distribution, and the U.S. Military.
A recent highlight of Steve’s career was speaking at the International Maintenance Conference, representing Cintas Corporation alongside Nick Haase, Co-Founder of MaintainX. During this event, he successfully transitioned 213 locations throughout North America from a web browser-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to a state-of-the-art mobile-centric platform developed by MaintainX.
Steve resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife Carmen, their youngest son Ethan, and their dog Jake. His oldest son, Cody, works in sales and lives in Arizona, while his daughter, Karisa, works as a pharmacist in Colorado. Steve enjoys a variety of outdoor and fitness-related hobbies, as well as tinkering.
