Code of Conduct
The Manufacturing Leadership Council (MLC) brings together manufacturing leaders to accelerate digital transformation, operational excellence, innovation, and the future of manufacturing. Through our events, programs, and peer communities, MLC fosters collaboration, insight-sharing, and leadership development across the manufacturing industry.
At MLC, we believe the strongest ideas emerge when leaders can openly exchange experiences, challenges, and strategies in a trusted environment. We welcome participants from all manufacturing sectors and backgrounds and are committed to creating a professional, respectful, and collaborative community where all participants feel valued and safe.
To ensure a healthy, pleasant, learning environment for all, we insist on the following conduct from everyone participating in an MLC event.
- MLC events are harassment free environments. No behavior which endangers or belittles other attendees will be tolerated. All participants at any MLC event must exercise consideration and respect in their speech and actions.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants.
- Alert MLC leaders or staff members if you notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or violations of this Anti-Harassment Policy, even if they seem inconsequential.
- It is the policy of the MLC, and it is the responsibility of every attendee, to comply in all respects with Federal and State antitrust laws. No activity or discussion at any MLC meeting or other function may be engaged in for the purpose of bringing about any understanding or agreement among members to (a) raise, lower, or stabilize prices; (b) regulate production; (c) allocate markets; (d) encourage boycotts; (e) foster unfair trade practices; (f) assist monopolization, or (g) in any way violate Federal or State antitrust laws.
- MLC event participants are not allowed to market or sell consulting services at the event or to use contact information from MLC events or lists of participants for marketing purposes, unless they have registered as an MLC program sponsor.
- Unacceptable behavior from any participant at an MLC event will not be tolerated. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior or violates this Code of Conduct, MLC may take any action it deems appropriate, including removal from the event (without refund) at which the violation occurred. Egregious violations will result in more severe sanctions.
Any person who has any questions regarding this Code of Conduct should discuss the matter with the Executive Director of the Manufacturing Leadership Council.
To ensure a healthy, pleasant, learning environment for all, we insist on this conduct from everyone participating in an MLC event.
