Senior Content Director, Manufacturing Leadership Council

Penelope Brown has had a front-row seat to manufacturing’s digital transformation for the last 15 years. In her role with the Manufacturing Leadership Council, the digital transformation division of the National Association of Manufacturers, she is the managing editor for the bimonthly Manufacturing Leadership Journal and directs the Manufacturing Leadership Awards program. She develops research studies in concert with the MLC content team covering topics such as Digital Leadership, Transformative Technologies, Manufacturing 4.0 Business Cultures, and more, and develops programming for MLC’s member events. She has a background in journalism and is an experienced presenter and moderator for both in-person and virtual audiences.
