Jake Winquist
Jake Winquist is a Principal in RSM’s Management Consulting practice, and National Consulting leader for Manufacturing. He brings over 17 years of consulting and industry experience.
Jake’s industry experience includes Supply Chain and Operations Management, Continuous Improvement and Business Process Improvement as well as several ERP Implementations within the Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
Jake has brought his industry experience into RSM to lead Business Process Redesign and Improvement projects within Finance, Supply Chain & Operations functions. He has also led several ERP Readiness, Planning, Selection and Implementation engagements.
Jake was an Adjunct Professor at Boston University and University of San Diego where he taught Operations Management and Lean Six Sigma Certification courses at the undergraduate level.
