Adèle Martinat is a French industrial process engineer and a rising leader in manufacturing. She began her career driving the physical transformation of breweries and now contributes to AB InBev’s global Industry 4.0 strategy as the product owner of several digital tools being rolled out across sites worldwide. Adèle combines technical expertise with a people-centric, continuous improvement mindset, enabling agile and sustainable manufacturing systems. Through her leadership, she is helping to shape the future of digitally enabled operations at AB InBev.
