Alberto Gomez is the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Innovation at Procter & Gamble.  The teams he leads includes CF Engineering, Innovation Diamond Management, and Supply Innovation Next Generation. His rich experience in various businesses and regions has fueled his dedication to managing change and creating value.

Alberto’s passion is connecting consumer insights with technologies that are scaled into the supply chain to generate significant value. He excels in leading and developing global and diverse teams, bringing innovation to life, and fostering collaboration. Throughout his career, Alberto has held various leadership roles, including Baby Care Global Innovation and Global Beauty Engineering & Digital VP. His geographical experiences span Manufacturing Plant and HQ locations in Colombia, Mexico, China, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States.

Alberto holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Andes University in Colombia and has enriched his expertise through University of Cincinnati MBA, Harvard, and MIT courses. His dedication to continuous learning and driving supply chain innovation makes him a valuable asset to P&G.
