Dr. Andre Wagner

André is responsible to lead strategy and business development for pan-Amazon initiatives with focus on procurement and supply chain innovation. Prior to his current assignment, André was responsible to drive global customer innovation strategy at AWS. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Andre held several leadership roles. Previously, he was responsible for SAP’s global customer first strategy and operations in the North America Innovation Office. He was head of strategic initiatives at SAP Ariba and worked as director in corporate strategy. Before André relocated from Germany to the U.S. in 2014, he served as lead architect for high-performance customer analytics applications.

André is a global citizen and emphatic strategist, blending American innovation leadership and German software engineering. He holds 10 patents, a doctorate in business administration, a master’s degree in management, and a German Diplom in business information systems. He completed the executive development program for innovation and growth at the Wharton School in Pennsylvania.
