Graham Gillett

Graham Gillett started his career with PACCAR nearly 30 years ago on the assembly floor where he built the cabs for the company’s medium duty product in Europe.

During his time in Europe, Gillett had many different roles in manufacturing including assembly, materials, manpower planning, quality, continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering.

In 2012, he was a member of the small team that designed and procured the manufacturing line for the new truck plant in Brazil.

He later relocated to the U.S., in 2018, and took up the role of capital budget manager for PACCAR globally. In 2022, corporate manufacturing was added to his capital budget role.

In addition to other responsibilities, Gillett’s PACCAR Manufacturing Excellence team is responsible for finding leading technological partners to enhance global operations while standardizing the company’s tech stack regionally or globally.
