Haley Berland

Haley Berland is a Sr. Engineer for Pella’s Intelligent Operations team. She started at Pella as a traditional manufacturing engineer in 2019 and brings that experience and perspective with her to the digital world. With a focus on work instructions, Haley has been a key leader in the development and deployment of digital solutions that make it easier for our factory team members to be successful in their daily work. Haley has built a reputation for always considering how every action will impact Pella’s people, its customers, and the company’s overall success. She is thought of as a catalyst by her teammates, because she has the knowledge and the connections to make good things happen within the walls of Pella Corporation and for future generations of manufacturing professionals. Haley holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University. She lives in the Des Moines, IA area with her husband and is expecting their first child in October.
