Joe Pfaff

Joe Pfaff is Vice President of Global Business Technology at Husco International, a $500M global engineering and manufacturing company providing controls to leading automotive and off-highway OEMs. His career at Husco began in engineering where over 21 years Mr. Pfaff expanded Husco’s innovation brand and contributed to over $100M in new product sales growth.

In 2018, Mr. Pfaff volunteered to lead Husco’s business processes transformation and replacement of Husco’s aging ERP solution. As this work gained success, his responsibility expanded to include Husco’s traditional IT services and infrastructure.  Throughout his various roles, Mr. Pfaff has maintained a focus on innovative value creation, collaborative problem-solving, and staff development.

Mr. Pfaff additionally has interests in primary and secondary school STEM education, visualization of complex systems, organizational productivity, and organizational behavior in technical companies. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (1994) and an MBA (2000) from Marquette University.
