Jonathan is a Partner at Grant Thornton and leads the firm’s Operations Transformation Practice. With more than 28 years of experience, he advises Fortune 500 manufacturers, middle-market industrial companies, and private equity–backed businesses on driving growth, expanding margins, and reducing operational risk through AI and advanced analytics.

A recognized leader and frequent speaker in AI-enabled transformation, Jonathan helps manufacturing organizations modernize their operating models by embedding machine learning and predictive insights across production, quality, and supply chain functions. He connects growth strategy with intelligent risk management, enabling clients to improve throughput, increase asset utilization, and build more resilient supply chains.

Jonathan brings deep expertise across the manufacturing value chain, including demand sensing, production optimization, predictive maintenance, and supplier risk monitoring. He has led operational turnarounds, large-scale transformations, and M&A integrations—helping clients improve EBITDA through intelligent automation, OEE gains, and lean transformation while maintaining service levels and safety.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Jonathan held global supply chain and manufacturing leadership roles in industry, served in consulting leadership at two Big 4 firms, and founded a boutique firm focused on post-merger integration.

He holds an MBA in Management Strategy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
