Kim Curley
Kim Curley has spent nearly all of her 25+ year career focused on the human side of business, enabling leaders and their organizations to do more, do better, and to thrive through change. As the Workforce Readiness Consulting Practice Lead for NTT DATA Services, she leads her teams to deliver consulting solutions across People & Organizational Change, Process Optimization, and Strategic Program Management disciplines.
At NTT DATA, Curley has shaped, led, and delivered culture and organizational change, workforce readiness and adoption, process improvement, and program management engagements for business and IT change initiatives across industries. She is also responsible for defining strategic direction and thought leadership as well as business development and executive advisory services across client portfolios.
Curley is also a founder of Women Inspire NTT DATA, the company’s first employee resource group. She launched the Charlotte Chapter in March of 2018, which she continues to lead, and serves as the Chair of the firm-wide Steering Committee. She is also a published author and sought-after industry speaker on the topic of human and organizational impacts of automation and other advanced technologies.
Before joining NTT DATA, Kim Curley spent time at:
- Wells Fargo leading cross-sell efforts for the commercial insurance group across wholesale banking and leading wealth management consulting teams
- SunTrust creating their first centralized trust and wealth management operation from the ground up
- Accenture leading operating model, sales, change management, and merger/acquisition engagements in financial services
- Bank of America in personal trust and wealth management
Education:
Curley received her BBA in International Business and her MBA from the University of Georgia and her MS in Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte. She is a guest lecturer at both of her alma maters. Curley holds the Prosci Change Practitioner, the Certified Change Management Professional, the Actualized Leader Profile, the WorkPlace Big Five Profile certification, and NTT DATA’s internal Agile and Scrum certifications. She received her graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte in 2019.
