Nancy Yang

Nancy Yang is the Senior Leader for Product Development Operations in Commercial Airplanes with The Boeing Company. She has over nine years with the Boeing Company and has held multiple roles including managing in assembly manufacturing operations, delivery center with airline customers, lean production system integration, managing production enabler projects, and in human resources support and staffing. Nancy has over 15 years of experience in human resources and business management in various industries including digital media service, call centers, and retail.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science Business Affairs and a master’s degree in Business Management Strategic Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. She also carries certifications in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
