Raffaello Lepratti is the Global Vice President for Industrial Manufacturing at Mendix, a Siemens business and a global leader in enterprise low-code that is transforming how applications are built across the digital enterprise.

Raffaello has nearly a decade of experience in the Automotive sector and, since 2005, has held positions in European and Asian divisions within Siemens. His roles have spanned Product Management, Marketing, and Account Management. From 2015 to 2021, he was Global Vice President of MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) Business Development and Segment Marketing for Siemens Digital Industries Software.

Since 2022, Raffaello has focused on advancing Mendix success in the Industrial Business. Raffaello holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Advanced Human-Machine Collaboration. Over the years, he has contributed to several international research projects, authored books and scientific papers, and co-owns several patents.
