Raphael Germe

Raphael has the responsibility for leading the EOS  implementation across the globe with teams within Americas, EMEA and APAC, with a focus on optimizing operations performances through culture change and people-first approach, driving accountability with a robust MDI process transitioned from paper to glass the past 2 years.

Raphael joined EnerSys in April of 2017 serving first as Director EOS EMEA. He has a wide experience of more than 24 years in Operational Excellence and Lean holding positions of increasing responsibility, first in the automotive business with Toyota and Forvia (ex Faurecia), then as a Lean consultant with GeoLean, and prior to Enersys with Dow and Sealed Air as their OPEX Director EMEA.

Raphael is originally from France and  holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Mathematics from HEI (Hautes Etudes Industrielles).
