Rodrigo Cambiaghi

Rodrigo Cambiaghi is a principal at EY and serves as the EY Americas Digital Operations Leader, with deep experience helping global organizations transform their operations through strategy‑led, technology‑enabled programs across supply chain, digital operations and enterprise transformation. He has extensive experience advising senior executives across industrial, consumer and advanced manufacturing sectors on large‑scale operational change, including supply chain and operations transformation, digital enablement, analytics‑driven decision‑making, and value‑creation initiatives across complex, multinational environments.

Over the course of his career, Rodrigo has held multiple senior leadership roles across the Americas, Europe and Asia‑Pacific, leading consulting and operations practices and supporting clients through business and technology transformation journeys around the world.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and industrial management and master’s degree in supply chain management from the Universidade de São Paulo. Rodrigo has completed advanced executive and supply chain programs through institutions including Massachusetts Institute of Technology and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
