Sachin Lulla is EY’s Americas Industrials & Energy Transformation Leader, advising Boards and Fortune 500 CEOs on how to turn AI ambition into enterprise-scale execution across assetintensive industries, including automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial products, power & utilities, oil & gas, and mining & metals. A recognized transformation strategist, he helps organizations move beyond pilots to embed generative, agentic, neurosymbolic, and physical AI into operating models, aligning data, talent, governance, and trust to deliver measurable productivity, resilience, and profitable growth.
Sachin previously led EY’s Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility consulting business, helping drive 65% growth in three years, and played a key role in establishing innovation hubs such as EY Nottingham Spirk and EY’s Digital Operations Hub at MxD to accelerate cocreation and speed-to-value with clients and ecosystem partners. Before EY, he spent eight years at IBM, where he founded the Watson IoT business for industrial clients and served as the Americas industry and P&L leader for automotive and manufacturing.
