Description
IT/OT teams have long worked to standardize MES globally with disparate or legacy MES systems in place, but quick rollout and long-term management can be challenging without the right tools and structure. Manufacturers have established COEs (Centers of Excellence) to globally manage MES systems while accelerating deployment and managing incremental improvements across global operations. This session will discuss some of the challenges in global standardization and best practices for how to develop and manage a sustainable MES COE to improve competitiveness.
