Jean-Pierre Hathout

Jean-Pierre (JP) Hathout is President of the Teradyne Robotics Group, where he leads innovation in collaborative robotics. With over 20 years of international leadership experience across the technology and industrial sectors, he has previously held executive roles at Teradyne Robotics companies Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), SIT Controls USA, and Bosch.

A strategic and results-driven executive, Jean-Pierre has led major business turnarounds, driven M&A integrations, and pioneered R&D initiatives across global markets. He holds a Doctor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, is the author of 35 refereed papers and holds 15 patents. His leadership is defined by a passion for technology, cross-cultural collaboration and a commitment to transforming industries through robotics.
