Rosana Cerna joined ALOM in 2021 and leads the ALOM People Team talent acquisition and staff lifecycle management program. Rosana is a progressive human resources professional with success building a high-performing workplace culture that improves employee engagement while moving organizations forward through different stages of growth. She brings 20 plus years of executive level HR and operational management experience to ALOM, serving the technology and human resources services industries.
Rosana serves as a strategic business partner to management and employees alike in developing and implementing training, recruitment, benefit, legal compliance and staff development programs. She is a passionate advocate of inclusive work environments and building a workplace culture that exemplifies and respects cultural and individual diversity. She also represents ALOM at external community, civic and recruitment events.
She further utilizes her HR and leadership experience by coaching young professionals on how to conduct a successful job search, prepare for an interview and discover their inner leader voice. When not wearing her HR cape, Rosana enjoys interior decorating and spending time with family.
