Rick Homman is the Director of Pre-sales, US for FORCAM, an international company specializing in Digital Transformation. He is also a manufacturing & technology professional with 25 years of change leadership experience. Rick maintains a primary focus in the following areas: Lean/agile/adaptive manufacturing, improvement of MES function to cost ratio, user experience, manufacturing (micro)economics, management system design/implementation, data analytics, and cashflow enhancement.
