Lupita Michel

Lupita Michel is a global commodity manager at Flex, the manufacturing partner of choice that helps a diverse customer base design and build products to improve the world.

Ms. Michel is responsible for supplier relationship development, including Flex’s Preferred Supplier selection and management. With her supply chain negotiation expertise, she supports Flex customers with strategies that ensure supply chain continuity, providing consultation on product development and technical capabilities. She leads cross-functional communication with business units, manufacturing sites, and design centers to deploy commodity and corporate strategies into products being manufactured by Flex.  Ms. Michel has a deep understanding of market trends and conditions, which she applies towards managing technology roadmaps and identifying supply and demand challenges to improve decision making for Flex and its customers.
